I just wrapped up a long-term stay at this rental and had the best experience! The place was stocked, clean and comfortable. The location could not be beat! Kat was responsive and helpful. 5/5 star stay and hope to be back again soon!

Great stay

My roommate and I had a great stay at Sandpiper! Plenty of room for the two of us, each with a walk in closet and full bath! In unit washer drier is a huge plus. Great, safe area for walking / super easy to get downtown. 10 mins to MUSC in the morning. Kat was always helpful when we needed her. Definitely recommend!

Great Rental

Great furnished apartment for a long-term rental. Very comfortable, clean and the landlord is easy to work with and very accommodating. The best location in Mount Pleasant - close to downtown, Patriots Point, Shem Creek, Old MP. You wont go wrong with this rental!

Great apartment in Perfect Location

This apartment is a very comfortably furnished with very nice decor throughout. The property is located in a dream location, literally just over the Cooper River bridge from downtown! The neighborhood is really safe and has great people throughout. There's also a huge resort like pool that's only for residents and is never crowded. I love the fact that there's no through traffic on the road and lots of privacy. The neighborhood is filled with large oak trees and has plenty of grass around. It's a very short walk to the bridge park so take advantage of that! K was amazing throughout!

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood - great manager

This apartment was the perfect solution for my long term stay in Charleston...K was an incredible host and made the entire process super easy and comfortable. The apartment was incredibly clean and well furnished. K even sent over a couple gift baskets to make me feel at home. Cant say enough good things about K and my new home away from home!
