Charming cape cod, 2 miles to med center

You will be spoiled by this cute home!

We had the pleasure of staying in a rental home of Chris's this summer. He is a really nice personable landlord who was always available if we had questions or just enjoyed visiting with us when he was taking care of the landscaping. This is a wonderful clean well kept home with plenty of extra linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and a fully stocked up-to-date kitchen that was enjoyable to cook in. It was also convenient having our own washer/dryer in the basement. The first floor has a living room, small office/sitting room, a bedroom and a full bathroom; along with a half bath on the second floor with a huge bedroom and walk-in-closet. Plenty of space to spread out in. We felt spoiled by the comfortable feel of the home and enjoyed our nice quiet neighbors. I felt safe taking my daily walks in this cute neighborhood town of shops and restaurants only a couple of minutes away on the main street. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Home Away From Home

My stay at Chris's place in Hummelstown was truly delightful. The accommodations were excellent, with a downstairs bedroom featuring a comfortable Queen bed, a dresser w/ extra sheets provided, and a well-equipped office area. The full downstairs bathroom was stocked w/plenty of towels. Upstairs, there was another bedroom and a convenient half bath. The living area and full kitchen were highlights of the space, furnished w/everything needed to prepare meals. The decor was tasteful, and the entire place was impeccably clean. Natural light streamed in through several windows, which was one of my favorite features. The wood floors throughout made cleaning easy, and there were cozy throw rugs in the living area and office. The basement housed a washer and dryer for added convenience. Hummelstown itself was vibrant and full of activity, making my 13-week stay enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend Chris's place to anyone looking for a perfect home away from home.

Cozy, charming and minutes to hospital.

I feel very lucky to have found this completely remodeled house in Hummelstown with an easy five minute commute to Hershey Medical Center. I never had any issues with street parking, and downtown/restaurants are only one block away. There are two bedrooms, I preferred the one upstairs in the spacious dormer attic with memory foam mattress, blackout shades and a half bath. The place was immaculately clean upon moving in, and it is beautifully decorated. The landlord was always available and extremely helpful if I had any questions. I highly recommend this property and hope to come back to work and stay here again!
