Cozy Cottage

Love this house and the neighborhood!

This modern, newly updated cottage has been a real pleasure to spend several months in. I highly recommend this home, the landlords and the neighborhood known as Humbolt. R and K are easy to communicate with, respond quickly and take care of business as needed. This property has a large, front loading washer and dryer, gas range/oven that cooks evenly, the cutest dishwasher I've ever seen and all the kitchen dishes/pots/pans that I needed. The bathroom has a heated towel rack (!) and it's own small wall heater. I've always had plenty of hot water for the walk-in shower. There is a split unit in the living area that heats and cools. I have been comfortable. I slept soundly on the bed and lounged on the sofa while watching the good sized flat screen TV. If you travel with a dog expect to meet the local UPS delivery person while your out walking. He always has dog treats. The cutest store is just a block away, Cherry Sprouts. There are local bars and food and coffee shops close by too.
