Excellent. One of the best in town.

I stayed here for 6 months. The apartment is clean and well-stocked. Plenty of space. A dedicated garage space was extremely useful, with plug-in option for the winter. Easy individual code access to the building and apartment. Neighbors in the building were quiet and friendly. Short walk to a coffee shop, restaurant, and other shops/businesses (<2 minutes). Immediately off a main highway for access to the rest of town. Running/biking trail access across the street. The apartment had everything I needed. A couple minor fixes needed, but Susan and Ron were immediately on top of everything and responded rapidly to any concerns. I would stay here again.

Great apartment, Awesome Landlord

This space is well furnished and very comfortable. Having a garage is an extra bonus! Landlords are amazing and very responsive with any concerns or needs. Highly recommend the place.

Gradelle Ave apt

Nice apartment WITH a garage!!! Great location close to Fred meyers, UAF, and a transfer site on the west side of town. Quiet, private patio in the backyard, and nice appliances in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Northern lights were easily visible, 8 minutes from a nice viewing lot just north of town. Alaska coffee roasting company right across the slough with great coffee, fire roasted pizza and more! Easy to work with landlord Susan and her son Kyle. Would definitely stay again next time I travel to Fairbanks for work.
