I have an extra bedroom king and bathroom (shower) tpbrent.im retired I live here too I'm quiet and give space .You have full access to kitchen laundry whatever you need.Come and go at will with your own key. Occasionally I do have my grands visit but will make sure you have your privacy and give notice before hand. I have rented to medical before and have references.
