Highly recommend

This is a wonderful 2/1 property that I highly recommend. Quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Central location. 9 min drive to RGH to the east or 9 min drive to Unity Hospital west. Easy access to major hwys. The home is comfortable and has everything you need. The owner is very attentive to any issues. Water pressure & temperature are great. Bath tub is comfortable to soak in. Convient laundry in basement. The home has everything you need. I stayed nearly 5 months and felt right at home.

A rare find!

This house is a lovely place to stay! It is well-maintained and comfortable and equipped with all the basics. There's even a lot of storage! We were conveniently located - 15 minutes or less from almost everywhere we wanted to go. Janine was a dream to work with, friendly and accommodating, and very responsive to any issues that came up. We enjoyed our stay here, and highly recommend.

What a gem! I truly enjoyed my stay here. Upon entering I loved how clean, spacious and organized everything was. It even smelled amazing. Location is also great and close to the hospitals in the area. Janice was beyond accommodating and very responsive. I worked nights and didn't experience any noise issues during the days. If you're thinking about staying here, do it!

Furnish Finder Rochester

This place is an absolute gem! The rental was not only beautifully furnished but also designed with the needs of nurses in mind. It had all the essential amenities, like a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a peaceful environment to relax after those long shifts. The location was convenient too, only 7 minutes from Rochester General Hospital and 14 minutes from Strong Memorial Hospital. I highly recommend this rental to all the hardworking nurses out there. It's the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
