Would not recommend

Sean told me we were his first tenants to rent from him that were not family. He was great at responding when there were issues. After we vacated we recieved our deposit but Sean had made up a bunch of charges and kept almost a thousand dollars. My assumption is he wanted to recoup lost money from the old fridge and other repairs that were done. We were not negligent and took excellent care of his home. He even charged us for application fees. We never applied to live there, no background check was ever performed. We were just asked to pay the deposit and sign a lease. I would have fought the charges in court but we're not from the area and travel all over staying in multiple states throughout the year. We almost always stay at places found through furnishfinder and have always received our deposit back, Sean has been the only one to be dishonest. If you stay here take pictures and videos of the whole place. Be very thorough and document anything you see.

My family and I have truly enjoyed renting through Ramona Housing and Company. As a married mother of three teenagers, with a husband serving in the military, having a home that feels stable, comfortable, and welcoming means everything to us. This house has been a wonderful place for our family, offering the space we need and the comfort we appreciate. The home has been well-suited for family life, with a layout that works beautifully for both busy weekdays and quiet evenings together. Sweet Vacation Home

While traveling for work, I found a beautiful house in Clarksville, Tennessee that my daughter and I could use as a temporary residence or vacation spot. Our stay was made pleasant by the great amenities provided by our considerate host who showed impeccable etiquette at all times during our interaction with them.
