Excellent stay in a great neighborhood

John and Emily are amazing hosts with an excellent little basement apartment. There's plenty of space to both work and relax in the unit and the neighborhood park is a short walk away. Both the hosts are quick to reply to any questions and keep you in the loop if there's anything you need to keep an eye out for. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Perfect for short term stay!

I stayed here for a month and it was a perfect space! The location is super central and easy to get around the city and they space has everything you need. John and Emily were lovely, communicative hosts. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay!

I couldn't have enjoyed my time at J and E's place any more. The basement stayed warm in winter and cool in summer, the space was very comfortable (including a VERY cozy bed), and the amenities offered everything I needed for an enjoyable stay (with plenty of kitchen tools, a super nice TV, and cleaning supplies). On the rare occasion that something minor came up, J and E were always SUPER communicative and quick to address the issue; overall, they were friendly, thoughtful, and committed to making sure I enjoyed my stayand I'll miss renting their apartment! I also appreciated the prime location, with easy access to I-205 and at least five grocery stores within a 15-minute drive; not just that, but there are some great restaurants, food carts, bars, and parks nearby.
