The best location!!!

I absolutely adored staying at Robert and Claudia’s ADU. The unit is small but it’s so perfectly decorated and the layout is perfect for a solo traveler! I was lucky enough to work at Kaiser across the street and felt so comfortable walking to and from work every day - super rare in the LA area! The unit is right across from a school but I never had issues with parking right in front of the home. I logged countless miles on walks throughout the beautiful neighborhood and just loved my 6 month stay. Both Claudia and Robert were quick to respond if I ever needed anything! If I ever find myself back in the area- they are my first call! Thank you so much!

Spectacular Property that Doesn't Dissappoint!

The property owners of the unit have been welcoming throughout my stay. Their kindness and helpfulness has made my time here very enjoyable. The apartment was perfect and is just as lovely in person as it is in the listing photos. It was cool through the summer and met all my needs with a modern kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Anyone who has the chance to stay here is very lucky. If, I am ever in Woodland Hills and in need of accommodations I will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing!!!!

I absolutely loved my stay here! I was here for almost 6 months and cannot say enough good things. The couple that owns the listing live right next door but respected my privacy throughout my stay. They were always available and quickly responded to my messages if I ever needed anything or had any questions. It is in a great neighborhood and I felt completely safe when I went on walks around the neighborhood by myself! It is right across from a school but never bothered me much since I was always at work during school hours. Can't recommend this place enough!
