A nice townhome, however like.other reviews on airbnb have noted some tlc needs to be done. Cleanliness was subpar. I noted wrappers and trash under vanities and dressers. Walls are pretty dirty, carpet needs replaced-pretty stained (was professionally cleaned however stains came right back through). Rhe garage smells of stale cigarette smoke. Can only use garage door through an app. Don't ask for anything additional like a hand towel or pizza cutter bc the response is to go to the dollar tree. Can stay at an extended stay hotel for cheaper and more amenities. Was close to the riverfront. Was a shooting about 2 blocks away (saw the police cars swarming when i was driving home) . It's in a gentrified area, however several streets aren't yet. Saw several drug deals on the corner. I say save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere. T was great about communication and returning security deposit.
