Great Placed to Stay

Stayed at this apartment for about 2.5 months. Both Diana and Kelly were extremely helpful and quick to respond with anything that I needed. The location is extremely convenient and walkable to many parts, including Chinatown.

So fortunate to have found this place

This is my second separate time staying in one of Diana's locations. I know for a fact that whenever I do, everything is taken care of. This room is new and very well maintained. The HVAC works super well (very rare thing I have found), location is impeccable. Walking distance to Mariano's, many nearby areas to enjoy downtown, and also within many commuting routes. I feel safe here in front of a police station. The location is extremely well maintained with weekly cleanings. I can't recommend this spot nor this landlord enough. Always making sure tenants are comfortable and delivers beyond expectations in ensuring we feel welcome.

Good Place to Stay

I recently rented a room from D in the summer of 2024 for aprox 3+ months. The property suited my needs very well and was clean, quiet and kept a professional atmosphere. There were 6 individual rooms rented in the building with 2 separate bathrooms that were shared. There was a common kitchen, washer drier and TV/couch area for common use. D was very good at communicating with tenants, had the property cleaned regularly so there was always a tidy atmosphere. There was secure entry to the building and each individual room. I was able to take multiple bus lines and trains to get around the city and make it to work at a local area hospital. If I were to take another assignment in Chicago, I would stay here again. Great Place to Stay

I stayed here for a month and really had a great time staying here.It is located in a safe area and very near to the downtown.The room is spacious and comfortable and also has a closet and dresser to keep all our belongings.The place is very well maintained and is fully equipped with all the facilities including a washer and dryer.The kitchen also has all the equipments required for daily use and is kept clean at all times. The place is also cleaned twice every week. D is a wonderful host and is very helpful and is always available if there's any issue.
