Perfect spot for my extended workstay

I relocated to the area for work and found myself in a nightmare of an airbnb situation. I came across this property and Kristen was an absolute angel. She was incredibly responsive and had me out of the airbnb and into her property in less than 12 hours. This is an adorable, comfortable house and convenient to everything without the hassle of the downtown Orlando traffic. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We made friends with many of neighborhood dogs! Kristen was very responsive to our needs and was wonderful at ensuring the house was maintained and well-taken care of during our stay. She was also very understanding and flexible as I kept extending my stay. This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a great landlord as a bonus! Highly recommend!

Amazing place with an even more amazing landlord

To put it simply, this property was my saving grace while working out of town. Being new to this area I needed something close in proximity to my jobsite as well as affordable but never did I imagine I would end up loving the little house I called home for over a year. K was quite frankly the easiest and nicest landlord a person could ask for and was just a phone call away if anything was needed. The house was just as listed and throughout the stay I did not make a single service call due to the upkeep and attention to detail she showed. This little home will hold a special place in my heart as I begin my journey back home and I will forever be grateful for the kindness her and especially the neighbors showed to me on a daily basis. From keeping package deliveries safe while out of town, to putting the trash can back on the side of the house while I was gone late into the evening, the whole experience will be tough to top. If you are in the market for a rental, look no further!
