The Most Magical North Asheville Apartment

This apartment has been my cocoon for almost three years now. I cant begin to describe how wonderful it is - pictures dont do it justice. It honestly feels like a treehouse. Also. Ive had many landlords, and S is by far the most responsive, personable, kind, and attentive property owner ive ever rented from. Across the span of 2 1/2 years, I havent had one issue that wasnt resolved immediately. She texts back within 10 minutes with an effective and time sensitive solution, then quickly follows up her intentions with action. Living in one of Shays properties means enjoying everything Asheville has to offer without stress of housing maintenance and constantly having to follow up on requests. I truly cannot recommend S. If you have the opportunity to live in one of her properties, take it.

Lovley space and great location.

The apartment is a cozy beautiful space. It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. You're just a mile away from downtown. Trader Joe's, Ingles and Whole Foods are all just up a side street and then across the road. I have a lot of fond memories in this apartment. The property owners take great care of the building. I found them to be friendly and super helpful.
