highly recommend!

I stayed here for a month during my clinical rotation at St. Agnes and had a great experience. The home is very modern and came equipped with all of the essentials that I needed (fast wifi, cooking supplies, laundry). Kim was incredibly responsive whenever I needed to reach out and the gated neighborhood made me feel very safe. As a solo traveler using Furnished Finder for the first time, Kim made the whole experience very positive!

Would def stay here again!

Starting by saying I couldn't have found a better place to stay! One of my top priorities in finding housing during my contract is safety, and this place definitely did it. It truly gave me so much peace of mind knowing I was in a safe place not only in the complex but surrounding area as well. Place was clean, nicely decorated, I have to add bed was comfy too! I really had no issues during the my whole entire stay, working washer/drier, wifi, appliances etc. I had my own side of the garage which it was a big plus for me since I knew my vehicle was also going to stay safe. I enjoyed location other than being very close to work, grocery stores and restaurants were easily available. Kim is a very responsive host, always available if I had any questions from day 1 until the last day of my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem - 10/10 Find

This beautiful townhouse has to be one of my favorite places that I have stayed at during my clinical year! Everything was clean and felt new once I arrived, and Kim did an amazing job ensuring that everything was ready for my arrival. Ease of access for laundry, parking, wifi - all the things that I look for when staying at a place, was a 10/10. Kim and her husband both showed me such kindness during my stay. I would love to stay again if I ever found myself in the Fresno or Clovis area!

The Best Home Away From Home

Wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend this townhouse to anyone who is looking for a short term rental. K went above and beyond on making my stay here feel safe, comfortable, and move in ready. With the new furniture and thoughtful finishing touches she really made this feel like home. The patio with big windows, garage parking, and a gated neighborhood are all added bonuses. Kim is a wonderful person, and I never hesitated to reach out if I had any questions or concerns about my stay.

Brand New Townhouse in a nice neighborhood

Everything in this house is brand new making it difficult to not rate it a 5 star! The place is well decorated, very clean and organized. K is a very nice and very responsive host. She makes sure you are comfortable and happy in your whole stay. She accommodates your needs and requests when she can. The area is close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The neighbors are nice and welcoming. If I get another contract in the Central Valley, I will for sure stay again at Kims place. This is by far the best place Ive stayed at in Fresno/Clovis area.
