For me This was perfect.

I stayed with Ranae and Perry at the residence for (2) months. It had excellent accommodations in my opinion. Very private if thats important to you, you can lightly hear that other people are in the home but its not loud at all! It has a private entrance around the backyard. Ranae gave me the run down with the washer dryer and kitchen. She very thoughtfully put the room together with many different considerations in mind. WOULD RECOMMEND! I worked out of the room using the desk and brought my laptop. She gave me the heads up on where to park. She was very relaxed and not all up in my business which can be a huge downer but not here! The only thing I would change is the bed was a little squeaky. Still all other things way outweighed the bed. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Good luck!

ranae is a fair, friendly & responsive landlord - the basement space has its own side entrance - fridge - bathroom & microwave - a very private, comfortable & quiet space -inexpensive rent - a perfect combination... :)

Great room, great neighborhood

Ranae is a caring, accommodating and helpful roommate. Easygoing and non intrusive. Loved having my own fridge and private entrance. The room is cozy and peaceful, was nice to have a full bathroom to myself. The neighborhood is great for walking/jogging, the people are friendly, feels very safe. The window doesnt have much of a view, but it was nice to have the natural light when I wanted to.

Ranae was a fantastic host, more than I could have hoped for. Property was just as advertised, if not more. I really enjoyed my year staying with her. She was helpful, friendly, and fun to be around. We took a couple of trips together and had a fantastic time. I've made a new lifetime friend!
