This place was exactly as pictured and R was a great host! Was very responsive and helpful and the place was the perfect spot! Close the many stores and restaurants. And even though it was close to high street you wouldn't know it! Still felt like a quiet street and was perfect for walking in the morning and evening. Felt very safe being there on my own! Would highly recommend and will definitely return when coming back for another contract!

OSU Traveler

I stayed at this property for multiple contracts. I tried 3 other places before finding this location. Less than 10 mins from OSU. As a single woman I felt safe coming and going. The area is very quiet and close to stores and restaurants. You won't need to purchase amenities as they are all provided. The place was extremely clean. Furniture comfortable. The unit is spacious and gets great lighting when blinds are open. There were a few times I opened blinds and saw 3 deer on the lawn. There is also an enclosed area to sit in back of the units. Parking is also at back door. I would 100% stay here if and when I came back to Columbus. Don't be fooled by being by High Street it's very quiet and almost zero foot traffic.

Perfect stay! It's exactly like the photos, the host is fantastic and very responsive. Even though it's just off of North High (great location) it's very quite. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful retreat in heart of city

This property was great it was around a lot of stores and restaurants but quite and peaceful so it didn't feel like you were in the heart of the city. It was easy to get to and close to all major hospitals so very easy to get to work. The LL was quick to respond if something was needed and was super friendly. Amazing property and would definitely stay there again.

Clintonville home

R has made a clean & cozy home. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. He was very responsive and attentive, without being overbearing. If I ever needed anything he was a quick text away and always had a solution. The house was very clean with plenty of space for your own personal belongings. The neighborhood I felt very safe, the street was quiet, parking for my car was off the street and tucked away with easy entrance to the house. I would recommend stay with R if you need a spot in Columbus! Thanks R!!
