I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It's super clean and has very cute details and furnishings! I felt very comfortable here and Banker's Hill is a wonderful and safe neighborhood that is very walkable. Danny was the best landlord I've ever had! He is very communicative and accommodating, I would absolutely stay here again in the future. The view of the canyon from the patio and inside the unit is stunning too, highly recommend!

Dont hesitate to stay here!
Stayed at D's property with my husband and golden retriever for 6 months as travel nurses. We had the best experience of all our travel stays. D is very attentive and always addresses any needs thoroughly and quickly. All the appliances were updated and worked great! Neighborhood is quiet, the view of the canyon is beautiful and peaceful. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, a gym and balboa park which we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend D and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home away from Home
We stayed in this beautiful apartment for 5 mths. Spacious living room, bedroom has a big closet with a queen bed thats very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the neccesities and the appliances seemed brand new. The kitchen is big with a dining table and we made many meals comfortably in it. The washer and dryer are full sized in a seperate laudry room. We spent a lot of time on the private deck, the view is amazing like your looking out into the country. So peaceful all hours but really cozy at night sitting out there. Bonus is the location. We walked pretty much everywhere- there are tons of restaurants, bars, shops, honestly almost everything you need is within walking distance. D was awesome! So nice, friendly and super accomadating. The place is just perfect and he made it an even better stay. It was truly our home away from home for that time and were super sad when it came to an end. We hope to stay again in the future. Fabulous!!
This is a newly renovated apartment with all the amenities! You have a patio with views of the canyon and beautiful sunsets. The apartment is walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping and a short car ride to downtown and the beach. I highly recommend it!
