Perfect House and Location

This house has everything an individual could want and/or need as well as being in the perfect location. 11 minute drive to UW Hospital and 4 minutes to Meriter. Parking is right behind the house and private. Blackout curtains in the bedroom which made it nice when sleeping during the day after night shifts. Driveway is plowed in the winter so you never have to worry about shoveling. 10-15 minute walk to the square depending where you are headed. Was able to bike the lake loop frequently and walked to the water almost daily in the summer. There are multiple gyms close as well (mine was a 4 minute drive). Clean, comfortable, and they have every cooking utensil you could need. Scott and Kim were very kind and responsive. They accommodated a night shift sleep schedule when needing to enter the home for maintenance. I told them I wished I could take the house with me everywhere I went and I meant it. Always felt safe staying there and walking anywhere in that area. 10/10 would rent again!
