I had such a wonderful stay here during my time in Austin! The space is so comfortable and had everything I needed. Rachel is the absolute best and ensured I was taken care of during my stay. She swiftly addressed any questions I had, and even checked in on me after an abrupt snow storm that hit Austin. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend this property to anyone in need of a home away from home during their travels.

Great stay and landlady!

I really enjoyed my 4+ month stay in this unit! The unit comes fully furnished and equipped, and ready to move in. The community is enjoyable and feels safe. Moreover, the landlady is very communicative and responsive if you face any issues. Definitely recommend :)

Cozy, Quiet, and Welcoming!

Our long-term stay at this condo in Austin was wonderful. The space was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat, and the neighbors were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment is a short walk away from delicious restaurants and located next to Walmart which was very convenient. We truly appreciated the thoughtful details that Rachel provided us with throughout the condo that made our stay so comfortable. She was also always available for any questions we had and was truly an excellent hostess! If you're looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Austin, this is the perfect spot. There are many sweet and cute neighborhood cats that made the stay even more perfect! :) We would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing!

This condo is perfect! It is quiet, comfortable, cozy, and very well decorated. It was stocked with everything I needed, there was plenty of storage space for my belongings, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The landlord is very easy to communicate with, and made the move in process a breeze. The condo is beautiful and was very clean when I arrived. There are many restaurants and shops nearby (as in walking distance), and it's a very easy drive to both downtown and the Domain. Parking was never a problem and I was always able to find a spot near the building. The landlord is a lovely person who is incredibly easy to work with and made sure I had everything I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
