Mayo Away Rotation

I had a wonderful time here! Very close to Mayo Clinic. Super clean and absolutely perfect for what I needed for my away rotation. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Highly recommend staying here!

Great experience and great location

I stayed in the house for about 10 weeks and it was a great experience. Fiona is great at communicating and was quick to respond to any questions. The house itself is kept super clean and is quiet, and also is very nice and updated. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, and is super convenient to a variety of stores and restaurants. Fiona did a good job making sure roommates were a good match and I enjoyed living with the other tenants. Overall, I highly recommend!

Clean, peaceful and lovely home

I stayed here for about 2 months for more affordable rent and to be closer to the beaches. Had a great experience - Fiona was very responsive and ensured a smooth process throughout the check in and check out process. She made sure that the tenants were a good fit as well. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Also very convenient as there is a yoga studio, many shops and restaurants nearby for a good price. Highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Jacksonville for an extended stay!

Great experience.

This place exceeded my expectations. Very clean. The room was big enough and the facilities were new. All kinds of appliances were fully equipped, you almost only need to bring your own clothes and toiletries, just like in a hotel. The host generously provided me with a bicycle for my commute. A great experience.

Jax Beach

This property was a quiet, clean and convenient stay for my one-month visit, and would have stayed longer if I wasn't leaving the area. Only 10 minutes to the beach where I frequently played beach volleyball and listened to live music, and it is very close to the Mayo Clinic and several dining and grocery options. The current tenants were very friendly and easy to get along with. Fiona was flexible with booking and easily reachable for any necessary inquiries. I highly recommend this home. If I find myself in the area, I will reach out to Fiona first.

Great Find

I rented a room here for a year, and I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, local hospitals, and colleges. Fiona is extremely responsive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going well. She was also very flexible with my changing rental situation. Whether you need a room short-term or long-term, this is an excellent choice.

Great stay

House has a relaxing vibe, bed is very clean and comfortable. Having laundry in house was very nice. Also, J and J the seemingly more permanent tenants are solid and easy to get along with guys!

Great location and very comfortable stay

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks for a rotation at the nearby Mayo Clinic and the location could not be more perfect. Very convenient to bike on the sidewalk the entire way. There are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. The property is very well equipped with everything one could need for a short stay. Last, but not least, the host was very welcoming, responsive and helpful.

Location location

Property is exactly what it says. Great location 10 mins from Jax beach/ Atlantic beach and Mayo Clinic. Walking distance from Walmart and Target. There are many restaurants close by. Major highways are within vicinity and is close to the university. Neighborhood is very quite and house is super clean and very welcoming. Id stay there again if I get a chance.
