A True Oasis

This place is amazing. We stayed there 6 months and I can't imagine a better place. You do have to be with stairs, but it's worth it. You are at the top of a hill surrounded by trees and flowers. You have total privacy. The house has everything you need to feel at home. Big windows and natural light. Great shower pressure with endless hot water. The landlady is terrific. You are right under the Hollywood sign and close to all the action, but you feel like you are in the woods on a camping trip.

Loved this place

Best location in LA! Apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need. (Especially the kitchen). Landlady is super responsive and friendly. Parking off street. Plus the Beachwood Cafe within walking distance. I loved my stay here and was sad to leave.

Location Location Location

This is such a great location! Just beneath the Hollywood sign, but also close to most of the biggest hospitals in LA! This pet friendly furnished apartment is perfect for travel nurses! (or anyone else who needs a temporary furnished apt) If you love the outdoors youll love the scenery and privacy this place provides! Keep your windows & doors open almost year round! Also the landlord is great! She grew up in the area so she can answer all your questions. I planned to stay for 3 months but ended up staying for a year! If I could live here permanently I would!
