cute, but you have been warned

Studio is cute and nicely set up, but that is where it stops. Be aware that there is a family of 7 with 5 children living in the house. Therefore, it is not a quiet environment. I wish that would of been disclosed to me before I rented so I could of made an educated choice. After 5 days, I was ready to leave and contacted the LL. They do not follow the quiet times posted and in one month, I was woken up over a handful of times at 0400, 0415, 0420, 0525, 0615, etc. Also, the washer and dryer sound like they are in "your space" and the first week it ran at least 15 times! After three weeks, the house tenants were put on a schedule to do laundry while I was at work. Just make sure if you choose to rent, you confirm they are on a schedule that works for you! Other important item to note is that the LL has the Worry Free Waiver (which you pay for in your rent) that covers Damage AND early lease termination. When I wanted out of the lease, she was trying to hold me liable until she found another tenant. I guarantee she would of made a claim on the WFW , which would not have been on the up and up, as the WFW states they give quick settlements without tenant involvement! I found this out through my own investigation, which is why there is no deposit. I contacted FF about this entire situation and they do not get involved and told me to leave it in a review.... so there you go. P.S. Beautiful, quiet studio

I stayed in this studio in Redding for 3 months. It was beautifully decorated and very well thought out. There were lots of nice touches to make my stay cozy and a home away from home. I always felt safe, which is important as a single traveler. I would definitely stay here again!

Sunny and Welcoming

We felt right at home here in the Panorama house. We moved from across the country and didn't bring much with us, and found that the house was very well stocked with whatever we needed. The linens were good, and the bed was very comfortable. We made great use of the pool, and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very attentive and the house is well-kept. We would stay there again if we ever needed a place.
