This studio is in a quiet neighborhood, a minute from Franklin park. There are many restaurants close by and a short walk to the T. If something breaks the landlord takes care of it quickly.Its good short term housing.

I Moved In A Month Ago . I Am A Smoker So I Was Given Permission To Step Outside. The Smell Was Becoming An Issue Which Is Understandable. Some Windows Were Open In The Building So The Smell Would Come Back Through . Which I Understood . What I Didnt Like Was This Man Came And Knocked On My Door Awkwardly . I'm Cleaning , So I Have Things Everywhere I Cracked The Door , The First Weird Comment He Made Was I Was Running Up His Water Bill. He Proceeded To Say Things About The Trash ... I've Been Here For Over A Month I Know When Trash Day Is! Then He Made The Comment "Your Not Fooling Anybody " And Thats What Did It For Me . I'm A Grown Ass Woman . I Don't Have To Lie I'm Not A Kid . Most Importantly Not Yours ! No Grown Ass Man Is Going To Sit In My Face And Make Condescending Remarks ! Keep In Mind This Man Lives Downstairs Lol. If I Did That Inside Of My Room The Whole Building Would Smell Heavily. I'm Far From Disrespectful . But I Dont Like Nobody Making Me Feel Uncomfortable.

Great location!

Its a small space, but it has everything you need. TV, wifi, kitchen with supplies. Theres even a little balcony. Great thing about this location. Its only a 10 min walk to the orange line. Less than a minute walk to Franklin park. Lots of restaurants, shops and stores that are nearby. Parking can be tricky, but everything this place offers with outweighs that. Also, the landlord is awesome. Anything thats needs fixed or worked on, is done quickly. Hes also has a ton of knowledge of the neighborhood and great places to check out.

Everything you need

Nice studio with everything you need. Location is the best. 8 minute walk to the T and you can get to any hospital with no car. If I'm ever on assignment in Boston again, I would definitely stay here.
