Great stay!
This studio had everything I needed! It had a washer/dryer, kitchen, and plenty of bedroom, closet, and bathroom space, with more than enough room for one person. It also came with its own gated parking spot and access to a large shared backyard with a nice bench. The commute to downtown was very easy, and there was a DART bus stop nearby as well. Fernando was very accommodating and always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed anything. I stayed here for 10 weeks and had no problems at all. The space exceeded my expectations for the price, and I would definitely stay here again.

Super recommend!
This home is far more appealing than it appears in the photos. It comes at an excellent price and is nearly brand new. The landlord is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've been living here for six months without any issues. It has been a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend this home.
