Nice and quiet location. Nancy is a great landlady and wonderful host. I enjoyed my stay immensely. The property is very well maintained and anything I needed was taken care of promptly. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Lovley place out in the country

I stayed here for 3 months this year; it is quiet and a very special place to just sit outside and enjoy. Nancy is a sweetheart, and I truly enjoyed my time there. It is a bit rustic, but it worked for me and having an ice maker and laundry was a huge plus.

Good luck getting your deposit back

I had the interesting experience of renting this property in Cottonwood. I came out here to work at VVMC. I worked everyday and was on call many days. Place was enough to just sleep and relax in... minus the bugs. After I moved out and left the place spotless, it was time for my deposit to be returned. Unfortunately she made it extremely difficult to get my deposit back. I paid my rent via Venmo (per her request) and she was refusing to give my deposit back the same way. She wanted to send it certified mail. I let her know that I was not able to sign for that and that Venmo would be fine because she took all of my money that way. It was a lot of back and forth for several days, her giving excuses and me having to let her know that what she's doing was unacceptable and unfair. I stood my ground and got it back. I was a very clean, respectful, and communicative tenant. In the end it mattered nothing to her to be professional. Careful renting, you may struggle getting the deposit back.

Beware

Owner charged me more then what was stated in lease she verbally raised my rent three weeks I have moving in. The owner charged me for items that were broken previously, and that were taken by her cleaning crew which she wasnt made aware of. She also charged me for items that were left in the unit such as trash bags and laundry detergent there was nothing stated in the lease that these items would be charged for if used. She also the tenant to clean the entire unit, including windows walls and washing the curtains. The unit was cleaned thoroughly when I had vacated. She also charges a cleaning deposit as well, but still gouged me in the end. If you choose to rent the be sure to take pictures of everything as you most likely will not get your deposit back..

Cozy place to stay

The property is an excellent place to stay. The place is very cozy and quiet. There's fast communication with the owner and is always available when there's a need to reach her. This place is highly recommended for travel professionals.
