Green with Envy

Fall asleep to the sound of the Carmel River. I was lucky to be there when the river was swollen and roaring from the storms. I Love this place. It's painted a tasteful 3 shades of green with a copper ceiling and similar shade of wood flooring. A private entrance and parking next to the entrance. Filled with all the kitchen necessities including a Keurig. There is no range but there is a double burner, toaster oven or convection, I'm not sure because I never used it and a microwave. A nice sized bathroom with a stand up shower. The queen bed is comfortable. It has a smart TV with a Loveseat or chair to watch a good movie. There is a small desk and another high dining table overlooking the backyard and river. Very quiet. Your landlady, G is there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Oh yes, a large shared washer and dryer in between your place and the main house. I could leave 30 minutes early and get to Chomp Hospital, park and check in on time. 5 out of 5 stars!

Amazing rental!

G is the sweetest lady in the world and an incredible host! The studio is newly renovated and everything inside is new and comfortable. All the appliances work beautifully and everything is clean. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the place itself is right next to the the trail head to one of the best hikes and nature zones in town. It's also very close to the village and all of Carmel Valley's offerings. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation rental or a furnished long term option. Worth every penny. Enjoy!
