Disappointed

We booked this Furnished Finder apartment expecting a clean and comfortable temporary home while waiting for our condo to be ready. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our stay. The area rug was visibly dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the unit. We found cobwebs in multiple areas, an empty Gatorade bottle left behind the bed, and two dead roaches in the apartment. These are basic cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before new guests arrived. After only one night, it was clear that the property did not meet reasonable standards for cleanliness or preparation. While the apartment may have potential, the condition in which it was presented to us was unacceptable and made for a very poor first impression. We hope the owner addresses these issues so future guests receive the clean and well-maintained accommodation they expect when booking a furnished rental.
