Private stylish lower level apartment

This is the perfect basement apartment for a little getaway. However, I was there three months for a travel contract and it was so comfortable for me. Being away from home is hard and this place definitely helped me. Safe area, nice parking, ideal, location, and the most adorable little space. Everything is brand new and so nice. Kayla was beyond awesome! She was a huge life saver to me.

Perfect Traveller spot

This may be a basement apartment but it feels great. The owners were quick to respond to any issues that arose. The TV angle is adjustable and the sofa is comfortable. The outside enclosed patio area is wonderful. The apartment is a 7 minute non-highway drive to Christiana Newark campus and a 12-15 minute drive to Christiana Wilmington.

Stunning Home

Beautiful home! K was great to work with, always responsive. All necessary home items present, made the stay and move MUCH easier. The house is located in a great area, close to every store you could possibly need along with hospitals. Neighbors always friendly, close to highways, big driveway, plenty of room!!!

lovely place to stay!!!!

Really cute place in a lovely neighborhood stocked with everything you might need. Bed was very comfortable, the outdoor space was convenient in the evenings, and it was very easy access to both Newark and Wilmington hospitals.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed here for my travel contract! K and her husband were very attentive, easy to get ahold of, answered all questions, and really want you to be comfortable. We had a hard time finding properties closer to my hospital, but we were genuinely pleased and enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the pictures, brand new, well taken care of. Its also right across the street from a park and place to walk as well as plenty of places to eat and grocery stores. We enjoyed the proximity for the weekend trips as well to the bigger cities. Great stay overall and no complaints!
