Women only - Queen bed, night stand, small walk in closet, armoir, rolling desk and chair, 24" smart tv, and shared bathroom. Wifi and utilities included. Eggs, coffee, tea, popcorn, all complimentary. I ask that each tenant share in community space cleaning as i only charge for supplies - it doesn't include cleaning.
