Secluded Studio in shared home

This place is great and Morgan is awesome

I needed a place to stay for a month while I started my new job before my lease started. This space was exactly what I was looking for. Morgan is welcoming, clean, and easy to communicate with. If you want to chat, she'll chat; if you want a quiet evening to yourself, she's happy to let you have your space. A shelf in the fridge, freezer, and shower; access to laundry, Wi-Fi, TV...she's thought of it all. PLUS her dog is the best - I truly can't recommend this Furnished Finder enough!

A Hidden Gem

I stayed here for seven months and had a great experience. I would absolutely recommend it. The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, thoughtfully furnished. It quickly felt like home. Morgan made the experience even better. She's kind, welcoming, and genuinely down to earth. She has a great balance of making you feel at home while also giving you plenty of privacy and respecting your space. Living together felt effortless from the beginning. If you're considering this rental, I can't recommend it enough. It's a wonderful home & Morgan makes the experience even better.

Great place and even better host

I spent three months at this property and had an amazing time. The unit has everything you need and is in a very convenient location with everything you need within a 2-5 min drive. On top of that, Morgan is the best. She goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and have all that you need for your stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a short to long term stay in Richmond.
