This is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse very close to UNCW and minutes from downtown and the beach. You are close to running trails and parks, grocery stores and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with a pond that has a small walking trail around it. Parking is off-street and there is a 1-car garage that one person can. park in.

Great Place
This is a great place to stay! It is new and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It is conveniently located near shopping, beaches, and downtown Wilmington. Novant Regional Medical Center is about a 15 minute drive. The home owner is very nice, understanding, and considerate of nurses and their demanding schedules. Also, the owner was very supportive, thoughtful, and helpful when I had a severe cold. The owner is also willing to consider and accommodate reasonable requests you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I would stay here again if I have to go back to the area.
