Great location and nice remodeled kitchen/living space

I stayed here for about two months and loved the location. Close to the foothills, Hyde Park, and a short ride to downtown. Laundry in unit was nice with an updated kitchen and bathroom as well. Bed was comfortable and living space got the job done. Good storage between a utility closet and walk in, in the bedroom. The unit had all essentials and mostly anything you need. Bike storage uncovered in the yard works, but out of the elements storage would be a nice an addition. Landlord was very nice and accommodating for any requests I had and I recommend this unit overall.
