An Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Hosts
This place is truly amazing! Clean comfortable, and very safe. Peter and his family are incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I cant say enough good things about how wonderful theyve been throughout my stay. I originally planned to stay just a few months but ended up extending for over a year, that says it all! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

This was the perfect place to stay during my 3 month travel contract. The place was close to everything, so comfortable, and had everything I needed! Peter was a great landlord and communicated quickly and was always there to help when needed! I highly recommend staying here during your time in Sacramento.

Cozy home
We had a wonderful 2.5 months staying in this cozy home in Sacramento. The house has such a warm, inviting atmosphere, and we loved the thoughtful attention to detail in the interior designit truly felt like home. Communication with Peter was excellent; he always responded quickly and even gave us great recommendations for places to visit during Christmas in Sacramento. We highly recommend this place!

Unconsciously, there became my second residence
From the beginning, I had no idea that I would stay here for four and a half months. Because it is too much like a family place. I originally came to Sacramento just to spend a summer vacation with my children.This house is small and warm, and it has everything that a family has. It's right next to the freeway so I can get to any part of the city quickly.Peter, the landlord, has a big family, so when you live here, you become a member of their family. They have a professional construction background and can quickly solve all the problems when you live here.They also recommend you a lot of specialty restaurants, specialty markets. So I quickly fell in love with this city and decided to leave Los Angeles and move here for a long time.I like its so much that I still think of this house when I leave. And thank them so much for the Thanksgiving dinner.
