Amazing Apartment

I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment had everything I could possibly need and more. The in-unit washer was such a convenience, and the kitchen was stocked with everything from pans and utensils to spices and other thoughtful extras. The living room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and even had a comfortable pull-out couch for guests. On top of all that, the landlord was incredibly responsive, always answering questions or addressing anything that came up right away. Truly one of the best places Ive stayed highly recommend!

Amazing Place to Live! Highly Recommend

I have absolutely loved my stay here. The property is in a very nice neighborhood that feels safe and is enjoyable to drive through, with major stores and everything you need close by. The back porch area is such a highlight, it has comfortable furniture that lets you fully take in the beautiful nature around you from the comfort of your own home. The kitchen came stocked with everything I needed to cook: plenty of pots, pans, cooking tools, baking dishes, and towels which made settling in so easy. Tiffiny truly has every detail planned out to make your stay seamless , she even has the light switches labeled and cute signs displaying the WiFi password. She is so hospitable, approachable, and kind, and the property is maintained extremely well. Additonally, there is so much to do nearby. There is a very helpful guest book and list from Tiffiny with suggestions! :) Overall, it was the perfect place to call home. I couldnt have asked for a better setup or a better landlord.

Great place to stay!

This property and the landlord was a perfect fit for my roommate and I! The apartment was in a nice and quiet cul-de-sac in a well kept, safe neighborhood. I loved the privacy of this apartment. It is a basement apartment, so the landlord does live above you but she is very quiet and never disturbed us. What I love most about this place is the enormous private deck and private entrance. The house backs up to the woods so it is very peaceful and it was gorgeous in the fall. The apartment had everything my roommate and I needed. Tiffiny had a good assortment of dishes and spices for the kitchen. She also provided cleaning supplies that came in handy, along with all bedding and towels. She has most of everything we needed, but If my roommate and I ever needed something in addition, Tiffiny was more than willing to order it and responded in a quick and polite manner. Highly recommend this apartment

What a charming and beautiful place to stay!! Quiet, clean, well-thought-out space with plenty of windows and natural light. You will need for nothing in this generously furnished apartment. The furniture is functional and comfy, and the sprawling private deck looks out into a beautiful woodland with birds, squirrells, bunnies and deer. It is just a few miles drive to the center of Charlotte, and just minutes from the most adorable small town of Matthews. The owner is so kind and great to work with. She has thought if everything you will need to enjoy your stay in this lovely paradise. Things I loved include, washer/ dryer, TOASTER OVEN, full-sized, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig , food prep containers, & insulated mugs and cups! , AMAZING DECK, soft comfy living room furniture, GREAT WIFI, spacious bathtub/ shower, beautiful, peacefull neighborhood, great, close parking.
