Open the sliding door in the bedroom and you're in the cozy breakfast nook with access to the laundry, kitchen, and back patio. Host leaves this space to guests so that they feel it's all their own!

Listen to the birds as you enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy breakfast nook. Solid oak floors, shimmery copper and turquoise brick wall, beautiful hand-carved kitchen table & chairs give this space a warm and welcoming feel.

The tiny but mighty back patio has lots of fairy lights, a custom metal mural, chairs to enjoy your coffee or tea, and hooks for 2 hammocks. A hammock is available for you to use or bring your own!

As a pretty solitary person, Morgan's home was a pleasure to return to every day during my travel stent in Tucson. She was respectful of privacy and took extra care to hold down noise while I slept during the day. The room was very versatile, you could make it as light as you wanted with, but also once the curtains were shut, no light was getting through. Amenities were plentiful with extras in the bedrooms such as storage and fans, and the kitchen was perfectly suitable for a chef of any caliber. I left with only one regret....not petting the dogs enough! The two dogs are so adorable and well mannered, not even once aggressive toward a total stranger coming into the house. The whole stay was just wonderful! Easily would re-book if I ever find myself around those parts again.

HIGHLY Recommend

I had the great pleasure of staying in Morgan's casita for nearly six months and in that time I was always welcomed with great, hospitable energy and a friendly hello. The apartment was clean, the room was a perfect private space, and the kitchen had everything I needed. It was quiet during all times of the day and I felt safe to call this place home. Most definitely, I would recommend the available room and Morgan as a host!

Great place!

This place was great! I stayed here for 6wks during my rotation in Tucson. M was super friendly and welcoming. She was always willing to help but also gave me lots of privacy. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it. If I am ever back in Tucson I will be staying here again!

Gratitude for hosting

I recently had the pleasure of renting a room at Miss M's property, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and well-organized, making me feel instantly at ease upon arrival. One of the highlights was the well-equipped kitchen. It was not only clean but also incredibly handy, with everything I needed readily available. Whether I wanted to whip up a quick breakfast or prepare a full meal, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, which made my stay extremely convenient. Moreover, Miss M's hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Her warm welcome and attentiveness throughout my time there made me feel right at home. Great Space!

M was an excellent host. I had very little time to find a place, she was accommodating and clear with her communication. Her place is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with good parking. The home was clean and well organized, it felt lived-in while also having enough space to make myself feel at home. Overall I would definitely recommend M and her room!
