Comfortable and Convenient 1 bed/1 bath Condo in Honolulu, Close to Everything

Really lovely apartment. Justin is super helpful. Had everything I needed. Really close to Makanai coffee shop which is my favorite in the city now! Was able to walk there and to the grocery store among other places around. I take the bus and the stop was convenient as well.

Makiki Unit

Enjoyed my stay at Justin's unit! It is super close to the H1 which was really convenient for getting to work. All of the appliances worked great and the AC cooled the unit very quickly. The view of the city from the balcony is amazing. Would definitely stay here again if I'm back on the island!

A Homolulu GEM

I lived here for about three months, not only is this place a gem with a parking spot but the landlord has integrity. I'm a travel nurse and the place itself is walking distance to Kapiolani, as well as a few restaurants, dives around the corner, and Safeway and Times for groceries. SushiMan was my spot! Im a solo female with a rotating schedule and I never felt unsafe walking to the store or to work or to Ala Moana Beach; you do not need a car for living at this location. && you are a 15min drive or Uber to Waikiki as well as nearby hikes like Manoa Falls. The living room has AC, the bedroom could get warm but that's Hawaii and there's a fan provided. J the landlord was always reachable when I needed something or had a question. The balcony has a nice city view, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I loved sipping tea out there. You can also see the ocean from the balcony. I was sad to leave and I miss this beautiful apartment <3

Makiki Apt

Loved my stay at Justin's place. I stayed here for about a year. such a great and safe location. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to all the great places in town. Justin was such a great landlord. He is easy to contact and help with any issues around the apartment if there were any. Place is roomy. it has everything you need like washer/dryer and parking! thanks for a great stay.

Long term rental 14 weeks

This place was perfect for our stay in Hawaii. I was able to walk everywhere Walmart, Target, Ala Moana Center which saved me a lot on a car rental. Ala Moana Regional Park has beach access and is walkable. Justin was very responsive during our stay. I wish I knew paying rent through the app charged a decent fee $32.00. We'd stay here again the building is safe and clean.

Great and comfortable condo located in a great part of town. Bus stops and e-bikes are on the corner and grocery stores are a quick 5 minute walk away. Condo is extremely clean, quiet, and stocked with everything you need. Also has a little balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Justin the landlord is very responsive and helps with anything you may need as well. Perfect spot for anyone traveling to Honolulu. Will be staying again on my next travel assignment.

Great place to stay when living in Honolulu. Was very clean, had everything you could need and Justin was very responsive. Super close to a grocery store and right along the bus route to get the mall and Waikiki. Neighborhood was nice and safe, no issues with the building. Would definitely stay here again next time in Honolulu.
