Safe area, nice landlord, well-equipped and clean aparment
I had a really pleasant stay here and would definitely recommend it to others. The area feels very safe and getting around is easy thanks to the convenient public transportation nearby. The landlords were always kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from the beginning. The apartment itself was very clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I also appreciated how peaceful the building is, with respectful and friendly neighbors. Another thing I liked was how well-equipped the apartment was, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and it truly felt like a home. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would happily stay here again.

Amazing Property
Had a lovely stay here over the last few months. The neighborhood is quite, clean and safe even in the late hours of night. One of the things I love most about this apartment is its proximity to nearby amenities, such as public transportation, gym, parks, or shops). There are multiple bus and shuttle routes to go to midtown NYC in around 15 minutes. The apartment itself is very spacious, well-maintained, with plenty of natural light. Never had any issues or concerns with the apartment. The owners are also very helpful, accommodative and supportive. Really glad to have the opportunity to stay here and would love to stay here again in the future

Everything you need and more!
Great place that is clean and organized. Fully furnished and unit has lots of sunlight, view of NYC skyline from bedroom window. Roommate very easy going and no issues during stay. Any concerns or requests are promptly dealt with. Lots of nearby grocery stores and shops. Very good transportation nearby. Neighbourhood is a family area; extremely safe for females- well lit streets. Union City will feel like home in no time in this wonderful apartment.

Close to NYC and NJ great public transportation
Leaving this property at the end of this month. Tailored to professionals, quiet, and close to NYC with a 12 min. commute. Great space and a walkable neighborhood. It has been a pleasure to have a nice spot close to the city. Very clean, large kitchen with lots of extras.
