Great first assignment housing!

I began my traveling journey here and it was the perfect spot. Quiet, safe area, updated house with plenty of space to hang out, cook, and unwind. Close to many different stores and restaurants. I'm definitely coming back whenever my next assignment is!

Amazing rental

I really enjoyed my stay here at this rental. The house is in a nice & quiet neighborhood and is about 10-15 min from UIHC & downtown Iowa City. The landlord is a travel nurse herself so she knows what we go through and she made feel welcomed during my stay. Fast internet, flat screen tv, and a mini fridge was provided for my room. I certainly would recommend this property to any traveler.

I'm so glad I found this place for my fall/winter contract. R was such an amazing host/landlord! Since she has travel nursed herself, she definitely understands the lifestyle and her house is setup for everything you could want or need for your stay. The house was as pictured, in a safe neighborhood, and in a convenient location. I would highly recommend and stay again if I ever came back to the area!

Home away from home

Loved this space! It had everything needed for the bedroom, kitchen and shared living spaces to feel at home when I was working. I rented a space in the garage and that was also a very clean and open space. R added personal touches and accommodations that made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a shared bathroom, but always had privacy and ready access to the space. The rental is only a 10 minute drive from UIHC and the neighborhood is quiet.

Great rental

This was an amazing place to stay at during my time in Iowa City. It is close to parks and not far from downtown all while being in a safe neighborhood. It had great space and everything you could need to have a great stay. The owner was responsive and made certain all your accommodations were met. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Iowa City

Great Option

I enjoyed my stay here! The owner had great communication and the house was in a safe area! The place and location is also very versatile to your needs. You have the option to cook in the spacious kitchen with nice and clean appliances or explore the town. You can stick to your room with your own bathroom or mingle in the living room area. I adored the nice furniture and charming decor. It was a sweet, cozy touch to an already welcoming space. This spot is a true gem!

Perfect Stay - Safe, Peaceful, and Everything You Need

The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to anything you want to do in Iowa City, Coral Ridge, or surrounding locations. I loved having my own private room. The bed was so comfortable, and there is storage space galore! The fully furnished kitchen made it easy to cook at home; however, the location allowed me to go out and enjoy local restaurants, grocery stores, parks, etc. I especially enjoyed the shared spaces, including the TV room which has a fireplace, plenty of seating for visiting if you want to do that, and a deck and patio out back where I enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the sun. The owner made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. The house is comfortable, welcoming, and clean. This is a location I'll look for again the next time I need to stay in the area. It's absolutely PERFECT for a longer-term stay.
