Comfy, cozy and cute!

This is such a cute and comfortable little vintage apartment! Full kitchen w fridge, stove, oven, microwave. I had everything I needed to cook meals at home, but many boutique restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood bars within walking distance. Union station is just a mile walk as well. TV with a sound system attached. W/D was always available when I needed it. L was impressively responsive to communication. I didn't need any repairs while I was there as everything was in good working order! Quiet neighborhood that allowed me to sleep in-between night shifts at the hospital...A very pleasant temporary stay!

Great Location & Responsive Owners

Great central location for exploring and enjoying the city. The apartment is small and recently renovated inside with everything you need. There is ample storage in the closet and kitchen. Street parking is accessible and had very few issues finding parking daily. (You can also pay to park on the property.) L is a great landlord, very responsive. She provided many essentials to get my stay going strong and was quick to answer questions and fix a small repair that I needed. Note for light sleepers: Just off a major street and near the hospital. There was some general city noise, but nothing too crazy.
