Excellent location, Excellent apartment, Excellent host!

This property is in a fantastic location, just a couple blocks from a beautiful greenbelt (Pheasant Branch Conservancy) with miles of trails for hiking, biking, and birding. It's also walking distance (0.3 miles) to downtown Middleton, with many quality restaurants and summer outdoor entertainment. It's also on a main East-West bus, bike or car corridor with a straight shot to UW Hospitals and downtown Madison. We totally enjoyed our summer here and took advantage of all location amenities. We especially enjoyed the Tuesday and occasional Thursday musicians at Stone Horse Green. Paul's Neighborhood Bar (right across the street) had great food (Friday Fish Fry!). The apartment was awesome as well. Plenty roomy for two people, in-unit washer/dryer, underground parking, and fully stocked kitchen. Met our needs perfectly. Finally, Emily was a fantastic host. Very responsive to our questions and requests. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
