Great stay
Great stay. Great host. Moses is one of the best hosts I have ever had so far. Clean house. response quickly. very accommodating. Great area and nice neighborhood.

STL home
Moses was a good landlord - very responsive and addressed issues that arose. The location is nice as well. The house itself is just ok - has some issues. The place is well decorated and a comfortable size. Plenty of storage space. Everything functions. The AC was nice, especially during the heatwaves. The roof, o the other hand, has issues. The heavy rain had caused leaks and more damage to the walls and ceiling. Once the walls were repatched, mold grew rapidly on the walls. A lot of work needed/needs to be done. It's difficult to work nights and then have work on the house being done during the day while you attempt to sleep. Moses was aware of the ceiling leaking problem prior to my moving in, per our emails on my initial move-in inspection. If it wasn't for those issues, it would have been a 5 star place.
