Highly Recommended! Staying at Miss Shelby Wilcoxs apartment in Iowa City was truly a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was amazingclean, well-furnished, and felt like home from the moment we arrived. Miss Shelby was an exceptional hostalways super responsive, welcoming, and made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Without a doubt, staying here was the best part of our time in Iowa City.

I had such a great time here. Shelby and her husband are great. Only comes onto the property for necessities, always gives adequate notice, easy to communicate with a quick responses. Always felt safe coming and going. Would definitely rent with them again if I was in the area.

home away from home

This property is was perfect for my first travel assignment far away from home. Very clean , and a quiet neighborhood. Close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. The owners are great! Quick response with anything you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone 100%. Thank you for everything

This apartment was very clean and well furnished. It was in a great location and close to everything (UIOWA was 5 minutes away.) S was quick to respond to any needs or concerns we had. Everything I needed!

Clean, spacious, great storage and had all necessities. Owners are great people and very responsive. Very convenient to University hospital/campus, grocery stores, etc. As a traveler, it was so nice to have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, that is hard to come by sometimes. Thanks for a great stay!
