New to Charlotte

Highly recommend staying here! Especially as someone new to the area it put me in a great location to explore and see whats around. Marlene was super helpful throughout the stay and the condo had everything I needed!

My stay in Charlotte was absolutely amazing. Marlene and Jon were outstanding landlords who made the entire move-in process seamless. Throughout my time there, they consistently checked in to see if I needed anything, which made me feel very supported. The studio apartment itself was by far the best Ive rented during my travels as a healthcare professional. It had everything I could possibly needespecially in the kitchen, which was fully stocked and ready to use. The neighborhood felt very safe, the neighbors were friendly, and commuting to work was a breeze with just a 10-minute drive. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable furnished stay. My experience was a 10/10, and I would definitely rent here again if I receive another contract in Charlotte. Thank you, Marlene and Jon, for making my stay so welcoming and enjoyable!

Beautiful Home

I couldn't have found a better place for my move from Boone to Charlotte. The location was safe and close to PMC, probably 10 minutes away which was great. The unit itself was immaculate and well furnished. Comfortable and cozy. Additionally, Marlene was a fantastic host and extremely gracious.

This residence surpassed my expectations. The landlords were wonderful, responsive via text, and very easy to work with. The space is very well-appointed, beautiful, and very clean. Furnished kitchens can be hit-or-miss, but they've included everything a cook could want! The backyard was perfect for my pup as well. If you're looking for a good spot in Charlotte, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stunning studio

This little studio apartment was perfect for my needs! Clean, newly remodeled and great location in Noda. Kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you need and the apartment itself is cozy and welcoming. Would happily stay again if I ever find myself back in Charlotte. Marlene is quick to answer if you have any questions. Overall, 10/10 furnished apartment!

Wonderful !

This property was amazing! I would go back to live in this apartment in a heartbeat. M is an excellent landlord, very attentive and compassionate. I brought my cat and she loved the apartment and the backyard, she felt very free. I felt very at home here and safe. The neighborhood is very friendly and fun to walk around to nearby bars/restaurant. The apartment itself is extremely clean and filled with brand new appliances, I really appreciated it. I highly recommend renting here. Overall wonderful experience 10/10 would do it again at this property.

Comfortable, Cute, and Safe!

I stayed here briefly to finish my travel contract at Novant Presby. Not only was it within minutes to the facility, but minutes to everything else in Charlotte! As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt at home. The place is beautifully furnished and updated with modern touches such as smart tech appliances. They have given great detail to home essentials that other landlords tend to miss. I loved the fact that they're dog people too, so having my fur baby, Bella, was welcomed. The yard was big enough for my Rotti to play in, just to paint a picture. The neighborhood is safe and it's an active family-friendly neighborhood, adding to its warm charms and level of security. There is a smart lock for the door, so I felt comfortable with that in place. Marlene and Jon are wonderful owners and will give you as much space as you need but are readily available for anything. I would highly recommend their place to other medical professionals and would definitely stay there again!

Perfect studio apartment in a great neighborhood

I stayed here for about a month and a half with my small dog. It is exactly as advertised and an aesthetically pleasing and quiet space in a really beautiful neighborhood. The owners thought of everything and were extremely accommodating to make sure I had anything I needed. They were available anytime I needed but very non intrusive even when they were home. The apartment has a private entrance and area to the side of the garage for my dog to play and do his business. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood at any time. The appliances (including a washer/dryer) are all full size and brand new as of this review, it has a large shower, and a surprising amount of storage space. My stay was great and I highly recommend this property!
