Nice place with a kind woman and her 2 dogs
This basement apartment was perfect for what I needed. In the mornings a roughly 20 minute commute to UChealth Anshutz campus. The owner has cleaners come twice a month to do the entire home. Cute neighborhood, right near city park. I stayed for a year. Street parking. netflix and full cable available on the basement TV and fast Wifi.
