Excellent, Affordable, Cozy, and Convenient
The property is in a fantastic, friendly, safe, and wooded neighborhood that's only about 10 minutes from Duke and also fairly close to Chapel Hill. The property manager maintains the property very well and I haven't had any issues at all the whole time I stayed. The price is more than reasonable for the accommodations and convenience. The dog is very well behaved and friendly, and doesn't come upstairs on his own. The hot tub is a unique characteristic that makes for an especially comfortable stay if you're into that. It's always running and the property manager takes regular care of it so that it's always available for a relaxing session on the porch. String lights are available too to add to the ambience. If there was any aspect that I found that could be considered a negative, the mini-kitchen upstairs is simply not quite comparable to a full kitchen. If you're staying here and you want to cook, you may need to ask for permission to use the full kitchen downstairs.

Peaceful Place
This place is a dream. Nice, quiet, wooded area. The inside is just as nice! Your own area with all the amenities. Ample space in each room and your own private hot tub!!! D is a great greeter when you come in from work, never annoying or loud. Parking right in front of the house and there are auto lights to guide you when you get in after dark. I would stay here again if I return to the area!!!

Everything I needed!
I've stayed at this property multiple times prior to it being listed on Furnished Finder. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood. Loved the owner's dog! Very friendly and hypoallergenic ;) Close to Duke and everything Durham has to offer. Having the entire upstairs to myself was a treat and the 2nd floor hot tub was a major bonus. Great price for what I got.

Roaches
Stayed one night before turned light on at night with cockroaches. Her idea of solution was a home made baking soda with sugar. No refund offered. Home odorous. Be sure she has pest control and maintains it. A travel nurse nightmare.
