Great Stay!

Sandy and Troy were both very nice, welcoming, accommodating, and flexible! Their place was extremely tidy, clean, well kept, and quiet! Great place to stay and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone coming to the area!

Great Stay

Had a great experience in the 2 queen bed room for the summer. Space is very accommodating and had plenty of room for myself and roommate to both work from home during the week. Sandy was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Best Place in Bozeman

Fantastic place! Lovely Owners! Great Location!!!

I had the opportunity to stay at this destination with my daughter and brother for a short stint. The place is spacious, beautifully decorated, plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen wares, and plenty of other amenities! The owners take care in making sure all essentials are fully stocked and available, as well as being available themselves to answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend. And it is in a fantastic location- minutes from everything you need!

Awesome place -would rent again

I stayed in this unit for about a month. I rented the king but was the only one there so I had the place to myself. It is very well furnished with comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen and bath. The place was clean, has its own private entrance, and it was stocked with everything I needed even down to coffee, tea, spices, and condiments! The location was awesome. Youre about five minutes from Belgrade, the northwest side of Bozeman and 10-15 minutes from downtown. And although its on the edge of everything, the location was rural, peaceful, and less than a mile from fishing access along the Gallatin river. The owners, Sandy and Troy are wonderful, super helpful, and available, but considerate of privacy. Although it is a basement unit, its super spacious with egress windows that let in light and does not feel at all like a lower level unit. The only thing about that is that you can hear the noise from upstairs. It wasnt a problem for me as I listen to nature music while I sleep and usually had music or TV going in the living area. If youre someone there for a longer period of time and really prioritize, an absolute quiet environment, its something to consider. But all in all I would highly recommend and for the price is an amazing find!

Wonderful Property with Great Manager

We have rented both the one & two bedroom units at this location and the property manager has been attentive, fair, and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this property!
