Very nice place. Totally remodeled Aug 2022. New Kitchen and bathrooms. Professionally designed and furnished. Tenants often describe our properties as the nicest they have ever stayed in. There are three bedrooms plus a upstairs sitting area with a pull out couch. 2 full baths. Has a little table area off the kitchen. Close to downtown, hospitals, eating areas and UK.

Awesome place!
This is a really great place to stay for a short or long term. Stayed here with my fianc while we were traveling for work contracts. D is amazing to work with as he is extremely nice and attentive. This is a great location to get a great experience to the city as you are close to all of the major attractions. Also close to most of the major hospitals for nurses and medical personnel. Would highly recommend D and any of his properties to anyone!
