Great, peaceful place to stay!
I stayed here for just over a month doing some intensive flight training out of the Watsonville Municipal Airport. Glad to say staying with Catherine and Jim was the right choice! In all my long days and nights of studying it was never disruptive in the house, and walking around the farm in the evening made for a really nice break. The room is ample and clean and the area is quiet. Had enough space to place my desk and some exercise equipment without any issues. The doggie is very nice and friendly once she gets to know you, just give her time. Never had any time conflicts with kitchen or bathroom use, and you get your own fridge and coffee machine! 100% recommend this place and Catherine and Jim as hosts.
