The Great Stay

I had a very pleasant stay at this property in Washington, DC. The management and staff were responsive, professional, and always quick to address any concerns with understanding. The location is great for walks in the park, food, and transportation. Payments were seamless, and the move-in and move-out process was smooth and well-organized. As a travel therapist, my work often takes me to other parts of the country and even internationally, but if the opportunity arises, I would gladly move back into this property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Spacious updated condo with all the amenities you need

My colleague and I stayed at Ginas place over the holiday season to wrap up a political project we had in DC. We truly enjoyed staying at her condo. It was immaculately clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The on site laundry was also a great perk. The place is spacious upstairs in the common area and both bedrooms have their own showers. It gave us all the privacy we needed that comes along with cohabitation. She was also more than happy to answer our questions or be responsive at anytime. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming into DC. I would also like to add I would absolutely stay again in the future!
