Not perfect but good experience

My wife and I had a good stay here! We have stayed at many furnished finder locations and this one was decent. Pros: VERY Spacious Good landlord Good furniture Great location Cons: Wifi a little slow Kitchen missing a few essential items/little storage Background check process is very time consuming/expensive compared to other places. No vacuum Overall, Brody is great and I would trust him to take care of your needs should you have them.

Awesome bungalow

I stayed in this Nashville bungalow for almost four months, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The setup of the home was amazing comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for a longer stay. The location couldnt be better, just a quick drive from downtown Nashville, which made getting around super convenient. The space was perfect for 1 person and having guest come in town to visit! The only thing I felt needed was better parking situations. The landlords were incredible as well. Brody was extremely responsive to anything I needed and made sure I felt completely taken care of throughout my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this bungalow to anyone looking for a great place in Nashville!

Amazing Basement Apartment

My stay was awesome! Private entrance was a nice touch, loved feeling completely separate from the upstairs unit. Everything worked and the whole process was easy and smooth all the way through. Thanks to Brody and this sweet property, my summer in Nashville was absolutely amazing!

Cozy House with Everything You Need

This is such a cute and cozy house! The owners are super responsive and the house has all basic amenities you need. All rooms are spacious and have good AC, including the loft. About a 10 min drive to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood that is accessible. Basement and Main level units are completely separate. Very good price for such a nice property!

great separate unit

Im a solo traveling nurse and this was the perfect place for me. I also had family/friends come to visit and the extra room was great for that. Two spacious bedrooms, one bath, a fully supplied kitchen, and cute living room area with a smart tv. I stayed for 2 months and had no issues. The renters are very attentive and responsive, as well as being super friendly! Loved my stay in Nashville.
